• axiom_admin — a secure, httpOnly session cookie used exclusively by our internal CRM dashboard. It is only set when an authorised administrator logs in and is never accessible to website visitors or third parties.
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, we are not required to show a cookie consent banner under PECR and UK GDPR.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website loads fonts (DM Sans, Space Grotesk) via Next.js's built-in font system, which self-hosts them on our own servers. No requests are made to Google's font servers when you visit our site.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking scripts.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry and contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, and for a maximum of 2 years thereafter unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Anonymous page-visit data is retained for up to 12 months.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
